And choose all the right hashtags
And get a hundred likes, retweets or emoticons.
I can tell my colleagues that I’m proud of their work.
And I’m looking forward to seeing their potential in this new opportunity.
And provide just the right mentorship and acknowledgement with public kudos and private bonuses.
But I can’t tell you all about it. Because I’m afraid of your mother in my dreams. Or being sent to voicemail making me think I’m not valued.
I need to share my #joy with someone who can hug me back.
